Failure to vacate the room by the scheduled check-out time may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Hotel Rudranssh is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of valuables unless caused by the hotel’s negligence or where liability is imposed by law.
Guests are encouraged to use available security facilities for valuable items.
14. Lost and Found
Items found within the hotel premises will be stored for a reasonable period. Unclaimed items may be disposed of after the retention period in accordance with hotel policy.
If requested, recovered items may be shipped to guests at their own expense.
15. Health and Safety
Guests must comply with all health, hygiene, fire safety, and emergency procedures communicated by the hotel.
Tampering with emergency equipment, making false emergency reports, or endangering the safety of others is strictly prohibited.
